Frequently Asked Questions
Size & fit
What size is your model wearing?
Our model is wearing size 36 in all our items. She is a size 34/36, meaning the 36 falls a bit more loose fitted around her body. It’s a personal preference what you prefer - sizing up or sizing down. Her height is 170 cm.
What size should I choose?
We recommend choosing your usual size. The feedback so far is that everyone fits their normal size. If you are in between sizes, size up for a more loose fit and size down for a more fitted style.
Does the fabric have stretch in it?
Yes, there is 3% stretch in the fabric. This ensures comfort when moving around.
Are your suits suitable for every height?
Depending on your upper body length and leg length, we have noticed taller women are more likely to fit in our two-piece suits than they would normally in a one-piece, as the separates give more room in both the top and pants length. Depending on the length of your legs, the trousers will be a bit shorter. Our tallest customer, (that we know of) that hasn’t had trouble fitting in our suits, was 179 cm.
Delivery & returns
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship the same or the next day at the latest on weekdays. How long delivery takes, depends on where you are. Delivery in NL (where we are shipping from) takes about 1-2 working days. Please see the full overview on our Shipping & returns page.
What if I want to return my order?
Of course, you are always in your right to return your order if the suit doesn’t fit, or is not what you expected and get a full refund. Please see our Shipping & returns page for more info on our return conditions.
Do you use sustainable products to send the items?
Yes, we use boxes made of recycled materials and FSC certified paper and cards.
Production
What does ethically made mean?
Ethically made means that we are not exploiting the people making the garments. Instead, we want to empower the women making our suits. They get paid at least 20% more than average, they learn relevant skills in the fashion industry and are taught health and financial management. Our production company also works together with local organizations to provide basic needs to the rest of the community. Read more about our story here.
Where are the items made?
Our items are made by a social manufacturing enterprise in Vietnam, hiring disadvantaged women, that have been excluded from society by either having an illegitimate child or having suffered from domestic violence.
Charity
Which good cause do you support and why?
We support Free a Girl. We chose this particular cause, because we feel very strongly about stopping the sexual exploitation of children worldwide. They have already saved a lot of children from horrible situations and continue to do so every day. They will not stop until the last child has been saved and we couldn’t be more proud to support them. Read more about these heroes on their website.
