SHIPPING
Delivery will be processed by PostNL to an address of your choice.
You can track all orders with a personalized tracking code. You will receive this code once your order leaves our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation mail within 30 minutes after your order. If not, please check your spam folder.
International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. MISUIT cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customers responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
Check your track-and-trace code on a regularly base so you can follow your order and see if the way to you goes well!

DISPATCH
From Monday till Friday we aim to ship the same, but otherwise the next day.
In case of technical malfunction, however, which fall under the category of circumstances beyond MISUITs control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible.
MISUIT will keep the customer duly informed of the status of the order.
The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate. MISUIT cannot be held responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver the order to customer on time. In accordance with the law 'distance selling', a product must be delivered to the customer within 30 days of the order placement unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not achievable, then MISUIT will make the customer aware of this writing in writing and customer has the right to cancel without additional charges. In this event, any amounts already paid will be credited within 14 days after.
If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or any shortages in the products delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
We may only be held liable for damage in the event of deliberate act or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages whatsoever which may have been incurred by the buyer.

RETURNS
If you, for whatever reason, do not wish to retain the products, you can invoke the right of withdrawal and have the right to return the products to MISUT within 14 days as from the day following on the delivery of the product.
You can register your return by sending an email to info@misuit.com with your order number and return reason.
Return the products but please ensure that the products are packed appropriately and with any labels or tags intact. You are not obligated to use the original package.
We will in any case only approve requests for return if the product has not been worn or washed, or if you have not attempted to mend or alter the product in any way. Return products will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged wrapping and the labels are still attached to the products.
Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will MISUIT reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, MISUIT will reimburse for the returned product(s) within 14 days after receiving but shipping fees shall not be refunded.
For return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for MISUIT on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed by MISUIT. All custom charges are for your own account.
